The classic Christmas Pavlova has been given a Pebbly Path make-over... because we don't do "normal".
We took the quintessential ingredients of an Aussie pavlova - real crunchy meringue, passionfruit and berries, then added pistachios, pillowy marshmallow and a nice rich chocolate, and turned the whole lot into one very festive block of rocky road.
And there is a LOT going on in every bite. We've infused the chocolate with the taste of summer (passionfruit), added tart raspberries & blueberries to cut through the sweetness, pistachios and peanuts ramp the crunch factor way up, marshmallow does its soft squishy thing, and real meringues give you that unmistakable pavlova flavour chefs kiss
Basically, it’s pavlova for people who like getting a bit of everything on their spoon at once.
Inside: a rich milk chocolate infused with passionfruit, soft & squishy marshmallow, real meringue, freeze-dried raspberries, dried blueberries and pistachios. Oh, and we've bedazzled it with festive pink and green sprinkles to boot.
Sweet, tart, crunchy, chewy. And absolutely no boring bits.

Delivery is $10 across most of Phillip Island and $15 out to Cape Woolamai, Newhaven and San Remo, on orders over $65. Click and collect from the shop is free.
