Do you deliver on Phillip Island?
Yes, right across the island. It is $10 to Cowes, Ventnor, Rhyll, Smiths Beach and Surf Beach, or $15 out to Cape Woolamai, Newhaven and San Remo, on orders over $65. Order before 11am and it goes out the same day.
How far off the island do you go?
Out to about 50km from Cowes. That covers Bass, Kilcunda, Corinella, Coronet Bay, Grantville, Dalyston and Wonthaggi. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
If you’re further out than that, get in touch, because it’s a fair way to drive at short notice and we would rather talk it through and pick a day that works for both of us.
Can you post flowers to me?
No. Everything goes out by hand from the Cowes shop. If you’re outside the area we drive to, ring Karin and we’ll sort something out.
Can I collect it myself?
Yes, and it’s free. Choose click and collect at checkout and pick it up from the shop inside The Island Marketplace on Thompson Avenue.
I am sending this as a gift. Will they know it is from me?
Yes. At checkout you enter your details and theirs separately. You write the card message yourself, so it arrives in your words.
Can I choose the day it arrives?
Yes. There’s a date picker at checkout, so you can set it for a birthday or an anniversary.
